Jesús Insausti – Architecture with Experience and Commitment

With a professional career dating back to 1997 and training that began in 1989, my studio offers a comprehensive view of architecture, encompassing everything from initial conception to completion.

My experience focuses on the creation of housing (single-family and multi-family), the heritage rehabilitation and the design of public facilities, always with a firm commitment to quality, functionality and integration into the environment.

Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working on a wide variety of projects, including:

• Residential Projects: From detached and semi-detached homes to developments of more than 70 homes, we always strive to optimize space and light to create comfortable and efficient homes.

• Rehabilitation and Heritage: With a special focus on conservation, I have led projects to restore farmhouses and historic buildings, such as the Antigua Casa d'en Mateu Escolà and the Can Santeugini and Can Canyadell farmhouses, giving them a new lease of life.

• Urban Planning and Facilities: My work includes drafting urban plans and development projects, as well as designing socio-cultural facilities, always with the goal of improving the quality of life in the municipalities. This vocation for public service is also reflected in my time as a Councillor for Urban Planning in Sant Climent de Llobregat.

I work closely with my clients, ensuring personalized support throughout every phase of the project. My goal is to transform their needs and aspirations into architectural spaces that will endure over time.
